In China, the disabled population has become a typical vulnerable groups, needy families, society and the Government's extra care and great help. Vigorous development of China's disabled sports people can not only help maintain the health status of people with disabilities, enhance degree of social integration of persons with disabilities, more conducive to promoting the comprehensive development of China's human rights, safeguarding social stability.In this paper, literature, field survey method, interview, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, research methods, to the Beijing area as an example, on the situation of persons with disabilities to participate in community sports activities carried out research and analysis. The results are as follows:1,At present, the handicapped sports activities of organization and management system is to build, has not yet formed a more mature and perfect management system. at present, community, committees and district federation relevant lack of mutual an effective coordination and management frameworks. the sports community has not been going on in depth.2,Community handicapped sports in sports activities of the content relevant and practical results are not ideal, to improve the functioning of the quality of training is for the disabled sport of the community.3,Community is responsible for the handicapped sports work, the handicapped sports, fitness voluntary service network organization is still the establishment of a professional sports guidance services security is not perfect, the handicapped sports activities and guidance of the sports community is also affected the work of the factors influencing. 4,Community public sports facilities and services is to ensure adequate protection of disabled sports activities in the community. at present, the community most is not for the disabled for sport and physical recreation venues and facilities in existing sites are in short supply, their safety, performance and barrier-free facilities and other abuses.
