Design And Implementation Of Rural Educational Resource Regional Online Service Platform

When the informatization promote economic and social development, it also produced a "digital divide" between urban and rural areas, and it generated serious inequality in the distribution of information and knowledge resources for the different information subjects,so it constitutes the new information age gap. Meanwhile, due to the lack of co-ordination for the village educational resources allocation, educational resources allocation is very unreasonable, and the educational gap between urban and rural areas is gradually expanding. How to eliminate the huge educational "digital divide" between urban and rural area, so that people in rural areas in our country can share quality teaching resources, receive good education in the information environment, promote the balanced development of education, and show the educational fairness of our contry, it is a major problem which we are facing for our country rural reform and development in the new century.Based on the research of main network educational teaching platforms, this paper analysised the major problems, and then in view of the current status of rural education of our country, it proposed the approach based on regional service platform for building towns and villages education services platform. The main work of this article is as follows.(1)This paper researched main network educational teaching platforms, then analysised the major problems of them.(2) This paper studied the service mode of the rural educational resources regional service platform, and then it also researched the platform's operation mode, Service delivery, resource organization, and the platform and the systemic architecture of the distributed resource service model.(3)And it gived the platform's system analysis and design, including framework design, service and interface design, platform functions design and database design.(4) Then it achieved all functional blocks of the platform. It also detailedly descriped the implemenation of the platform user, role and authority, and it includes regional management, interaction and other subsystems integration of the platform.Compared with other similar platforms, the features of this paper's research result lie in:(1) The approach based on regional service platform for building rural education services platform.On the one hand, it can guarantee that the peploe can share quality educational resources in the vast rural areas where the infrastructure is relatively weak; the other hand, is a very good attempt and explore to improve the educational fairness and universality.(2)The expansion and scalability of the platform. In the hierarchical design process, the platform followed the ideas for interface design, so the whole platform is a "drawer" style architecture which supports drawn and replace.
