A Research Of Regional Digital Education Construction

In the field of basic education, the construction of digital education is stepping down after years of development. However, there are still many problems such as lack of resources of high quality, singleness of structure and inconvenience application. The main reason of these problems is that a long term mechanism of co-construction and sharing has not yet formed. The government has put forward the goal of sharing high quality education resources among all the classes in a certain region by far. Therefore, how to build a platform of digital education resources for sharing and how to do research on it from point of the development of digital application are of great significance and high value.The core of co-construction and sharing of regional digital education resources lies in building a convenient technical platform with effective incentive mechanism. The technical platform construction should meet demands of education department of all levels, schools and teachers. That is uploading, verification, storage, access control, recommendation, integration of repository and service aggregation, etc. Based on the requirements above, the framework and architecture of the platform has been designed; the hierarchical integration of technical platform of all levels has been achieved; the repository has achieved distributed deployment; the function of application has been expanded by structuring an open interface based on the OAuth standard which aggregates with the third-party platform and realizes the platform. At last, the standards of digital education resources and data cover data storage, resource classification, metadata structure and framework of resources types have been put forward to ensure resource sharing, interoperability of different repositories.The research of regional digital education resource construction is carried out from aspects of function requirements of platform, regional resource integration and the standard of digital education resource. In related programs in Shaanxi province, the technical framework and repository standard has been put into practice and come into effect. The problems arose during application need further study.
