In the study of teachers' psychology,job satisfaction,psychological contract,job involvement,psychological capital,organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment have long been the focus of research.However,relevant studies have found that leadership style can better predict employees' work attitude and recognition of the organization,and can also promote employees' psychological contract and organizational commitment.The concept of leadership style originally originated from management science.Leadership style is a hot topic in recent years,and the research on leadership style mainly focuses on the relationship between enterprises and universities.This study measures the perceived leadership style of preschool teachers,and discusses the relationship between leadership style,psychological contract and preschool teachers from the perspective of preschool teachers.Research objectives :(1)measure the teachers' psychological contract and organizational commitment,and study the relationship among the three based on the understanding of the status quo.(2)to explore whether psychological contract plays an intermediary role in transformational leadership style and organizational commitment.(3)output the research results,analyze the three factors,explore their causes,and put forward corresponding educational Suggestions.Research methods :(1)literature analysis was used to sort out and analyze leadership style,psychological contract and organizational commitment,and analyze their structural characteristics,measurement methods and influencing factors.(2using the questionnaire survey method,the data was collected through questionnaire survey,and then the relationship between the change-oriented leadership style perceived by the kindergarten teachers,the psychological contract and the organizational commitment was analyzed.Conclusion :(1)teachers' preschool teachers' psychological contract and organizationalcommitment are above the average level.(2)Professional title,monthly salary,kindergarten type,and education are the main influencing factors affecting the psychological contract of kindergarten teachers,followed by age,teaching age,and kindergarten level.(3)teaching age,professional title,monthly salary and grade of kindergarten are the main factors influencing preschool teachers' organizational commitment,followed by age,education background and type of kindergarten;(4)Academic qualifications,professional titles,monthly salary and kindergarten grades are the main influencing factors affecting the organizational commitment of early childhood teachers,followed by age,teaching age and kindergarten type.(5)preschool teachers' psychological contract plays an intermediary role in transformational leadership style and organizational commitment of preschool teachers.
