With the national attention to the pre-school education, as well as more parents ofkindergarten education, continuously improve the look, the more talented people into theranks of preschool education. As the preschool education institutions--kindergarten, naturallybecome the focus of attention, to kindergarten run become every kindergarten principal’s wish,so how to improve the quality of kindergarten staff, retain talent is needed in the kindergartenwe want to know a secret.Transformational leadership is leadership hot topic research in China, has accumulatedconsiderable achievements. Though we are in the actual investigation and kindergarten workinteraction, it is not difficult to see a lot of kindergarten leaders are able to play their owntalents to management of the kindergarten, in this process, but also by its own appeal orcharm to stimulate employee enthusiasm, attract and retain the kindergarten in need of talent,also received good results, such as improving the quality of kindergarten, reduce the turnoverrate, but the transformational leadership behavior empirical research in kindergartenmanagement situation in this field is not enough, what these phenomena which factors playeda larger role, to be we put in more effort to further study.This research used several methods,such as document analysis,Interview Method,questionnaire survey,and selects transformation leadership as an antecedent variable andexplores the relationship between transformation leadership and organizational commitmentand resigning intention. We analysised the organizational commitment, organizationalcitizenship behaviors and resigning intention of some kindergarener of Henan province. Therelationship between organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviors andresigning intention were take into consideration. The transformational leadership behaviorhaseffection of prediction to the resigning intention.In this paper, kindergareners in Henan province were surveyed though the questionnaire,344valid questionnaires were collected. Through some date analysis method, such asreliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and confirmatoryfactor analysis (CFA) and so on, the main results of this study were as follows:1. Through reliability and validity analysis, confirmed the Transformational LeadershipQuestionnaire, TLQ by Li Chaoping and Shi kan could apply to this research; 2. Based on a survey of344kindergareners, we conclude that transformationalleadership has positive effect on organizational commitment,organizational citizenshipbehaviors and negative effect on resigning intention. Transformational leadership have theeffection of prediction to the organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviorsand resiging intention.3.Organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviorsand negeative effect on resigning intention. Organizational commitment has the effection ofprediction to the organizational citizenship behaviors and resiging intention.4. Organizational commitment plays a partial mediator between transformational leadershipand organizational citizenship behaviors. Organizational commitment plays a partial mediatorbetween transformational leadership and resiging intention This research shows that:kindergarten leaders more play the transformational leadership style, namely, to improve theirappeal, can give employees incentive vision, concerned about the life and work ofsubordinates, the more he is able to improve the organizational commitment of employees, sothat employees exhibit more organizational citizenship behavior, and thus love kindergarten,also reduced the turnover rate.At last, this study propose some suggests for the future.
