With the development of the society, science and technology, dialogue has already infiltrated into various fields of human life and become a living condition that people always pursuing. Dialogue teaching is the reflection of the dialogue in the field of education. Traditional monolog teaching has not been competent for the social needs towards education. Thus, education reform has been called increasingly. Under this background, dialog teaching appeared gradually. On the base of the previous study, this essay lies emphasis on exploration of the basic viewpoints and implementing strategies to improve the study on dialogue teaching.This essay includes four parts. First part , introduction, illustrates the reason, the significance and the method of the study in this essay and introduces the current situation of the study at home and abroad. Second part, interpretation of dialogue teaching, bounds and illustrates the dialogue and its conception, definitudes the connotation and characteristics of the dialogue and dialogue teaching, confirms the definition of dialogue teaching in this essay. Third part, basic viewpoints and implementing strategy of the dialogue teaching, describes the basic viewpoints of the dialogue teaching from four viewpoints--- life objective,"you and me"relationship between student and teacher, experience text curriculum and multiple evaluation, introduces characteristics of four viewpoints respectively and puts forward the implementing strategy according to these characteristics. Fourth part, the problem and advice of basic viewpoints in dialogue teaching practice, puts forward the existing problem and gives the advice of solving problem according to the analysis of basic viewpoints in teaching dialogue practice.
