With the arrival of knowledge economy, economic knowledge creation, knowledge leading economic, learning has become more and more important, life-long learning has become a important means to improve the overall quality of individuals lifelong learning is one important way of social development and personal improvement. As an important part of social members, adult life-long learning ability is the foundation of building a learning society, help to improve the quality of the members of the society as a whole, provide personnel support to promote formation of the learning society. Workplace learning as an independent academic research field is increasingly attracting the attention of adult education, vocational education and other fields.Based on the study of adult lifelong learning ability, through to the adult in a particular place- in the workplace learning under the further discussion.In this paper, the workplace of adult lifelong learning ability training as the research object, mainly by the methods of literature study and questionnaire survey, the lifelong learning, workplace learning, generalizes the constitute a lifelong learning ability, combining the adult workplace situation of cultivating the ability of lifelong learning, Suggestions to consummate the measures of cultivating workplace adult life-long learning ability.In this paper, a total of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part, the paper introduces the writing background of this article, for this paper involved the core concept of workplace, adult, ability, learning ability, life-long learning and the ability to do the definition, and then summarizes the domestic and foreign to the adult workplace theory research progress of cultivating the ability of lifelong learning.Second chapter overview for lifelong learning, as the core concept in this article, used the ability to learn, adult life-long learning as the breakthrough point, respectively from the concept of life-long study the formation and development is presented, and then summarized different countries constitute of the comparative analysis on lifelong learning ability.The third chapter Mainly in the workplace, the connotation of the workplace.learning is defined. and introduces the connotation of workplace learning, and introduces the informal workplace learning and informal learning characteristics, compares the difference between them. Emphasis on workplace learning community study, from the school.The fourth chapter investigate the adult life-long ability training of workplace learning. Also involved in the adult workplace learning motivation, method, means and so on aspects, points out the problems existing in the adult workplace lifelong learning ability: enterprises are affected by the performance there is a short-term training, staff learning aim is more in order to solve the job needs, give up study when working and learning conflict, and there is no a complete system of informal education certification, lifelong learning is not recognized. Then from the aspects of government, enterprises and their employees has carried on the reason analysis.Chapter 5 for adults in the workplace learning ability improving Suggestions problems, lifelong education is a complete system of education, its implementation must rely on the government, enterprise and adult students cooperate to do the three, the article respectively for the government, enterprises and adult students give a perfect measures, and want to build a complete education system of "intersection".The last part is the conclusion: this study summarized in this paper, the writing of the result and the insufficiency, for the choice of research method and research object may also exist not science.
