The workplace learning contains vivid situation,practice and daily charm.There is a saying in Finland that "work is the work of the workers",reflecting the close relationship between work and learning,and emphasizing the importance of work practice.The history of workplace learning in Finland can be traced back to centuries ago,such as weaving schools,spinning schools,various kinds of handicraft schools,which are the embryonic form of workplace learning today.Modern school education has gradually replaced the workplace,and technology has been gradually stripped from experience."Learning from work" is no longer the only way for people to master skills.Instead,it has become the pronoun of time-consuming and inefficient talents training mode.Until modern times,with the transformation and upheaval of society,the change of economic structure and the growing trend of lifelong learning,workplace learning is once again taken seriously.From the historical perspective,we comb the three stages of the development of workplace learning in Finland.In the embryonic stage,the specific policy framework,curriculum system and evaluation system have not been established,and there is no real communication and integration in school education and workplace.To the standard stage,the study of Finland workplace has been influenced by life-long education,human resources and situational theory in this period.In the stage of development,in addition to continuing to improve the implementation and evaluation mechanism,a course system was established and specific requirements for the workplaces tutors were set up.The work place learning in Finland has made great achievements through continuous improvement and development,which not only promotes the economic development of the country,but also enhances the attraction of vocational education.By introducing the country's experience and influencing factors,it tries to put forward some suggestions on the realit y of Vocational Education in China,and to explore the way for the development of the workplace in our country.
