The attention for the interactions between teachers and students can be traced back a long time ago. Moreover,as our understanding of the nature of the classroom teaching deepen, we are also more deeply aware of the exchange and dialogue for the classroom teaching ontology.The new curriculum reform also stressed,classroom teaching is the positive interaction and common development between teachers and students.However, we have been the research on classroom teaching, either from the teacher"teaching"point of view, either from the students"learning"perspective, or focus on the cognitive, or focus on emotion, but what we lack is the study of the classroom teaching for a whole,and the dynamic process of interaction between teachers and students.Thus, this paper selects a variety of classroom dialogue, exchange point for research, focus on teaching and learning of students to teachers is how to build each other between the dynamic, interaction with the coupling, and study the exchange of students,teachers and students interaction in the classroom teaching,with the purpose of trying to show more clearly the process of classroom teaching's dynamic,systemic nature of such features.This article begins firstly from the classroom communication's definition, characteristics, practice patterns, etc. from the perspective of ontology exchange to explore,in an effort to clearly define the content of classroom communication;Then,I conduct a trial of classroom communication mechanism from the various constituent elements,the relationships between the various elements,and between the various elements of how the mutual influence and mutual constrains of the dyanmic process. Finally,as how to improv the effectiveness of classroom commuication, the author elaborats from four aspects as innovation environment,listening,questioning,feedback,so that the classroom theory can ultimately service the teaching practice.In the context of the promotion of quality education and the new curriculum reform, not only teachers, but also students,in classroom teaching should be"truly cherish each other", that is,each has its moment of dialogue and cooperation with other awareness.Only this can make the process of classroom teaching,dynamic and richness fully demonstrate,and can really make"people"in the classroom teaching process get hightlighted.and get practical realiztion of quality education,and thus get the practical realization of the state of both teaching and learning of good finally. Therefore, research on classroom communication today is not only the need for deepening the reform of classroom teaching, and is to enhance classroom teaching practice students need for rationality, but also is also the need to make the classroom teaching both educational and humanity,so that it has relatively large value and significance of the research.
