Analysis Of Oilfield Workers' Sports In Henan Province

Even for any moment, human's life can not be separated from the energy which is the "blood" of the development of economic. In the consumption structure of energy of China, the production of Petro is directly related to the normal operation of our social and economic development for good, but its development depends on the quality of oilfield workers. Sports is an important means of improving the quality of workers, the oilfield workers'sports is good for their physical strength, improving the overall quality, the construction of culture of enterprise. However, according to these recently researches, we can see that the oilfield workers'sports is not very satisfactory. It's an urgent thing to study on the research of the oilfield workers'sports.In this paper, we reference some related disciplines'knowledge, such as sociology, sports psychology, sports management and so on, and use some methods in order to research Bette, for example, literature, survey method and methods such as mathematical statistics, and we choose the oilfields of Henan Province which is ranking 16th place in the oil-producing provinces of China. We want to know the management situation of oilfield workers'sports of Henan Province, we extraction six representative units'workers'sports of oilfields of Henan Province to investigate, drawing the following conclusions:1.The oilfield workers'sports lead by Field unions and Sinopec Sports Association, and the Sports Bureau group of Henan Province also direct it. The Physical education department's staff emphasis on rich experiences men, some units also demand for professional sports instructors society.2.Henan Oilfield employee is satisfied with the sports funding sources, the use and ownership of sports facilities, but still need to continue to expand funding sources and sites of the new facilities plan, rational use of funds and a reasonable distribution of facilities.3.Henan oilfield workers are more abundant in leisure time, but most of the staff have some distance from the sports population, most workers choose their lifestyle which is disadvantage for their healthy in spending leisure time.4.During the field work, the sports field workers carried out are not ideal, most of the oilfield workers take part in sports activities mainly in some free sites. And they like to participate in sports activities with friends and colleagues as their first choice, counseling station and the club's activities are exile.5.Male and female workers have different in physical, psychological and social attributes, and due to special training purposes, so their favorite sports are obvious different. But the oilfield workers'sports participation or not and the time of participation, they have some relation to their nature of work.6.Oil field workers'monthly income are not the only factor affect their sports consumer spending, but still affect the consumption level in sports; the structure of sports consumption is still pay more attention to physical consumption, but contempt to information-based consumption and labor consumption.7.The main factors which are restricting the level that oilfield workers of Henan province participate in Sports are the lack of sports facilities, socio-economic level of development and people's income level is not very high, the impact of other forms of activities, the individual sense of participation in sports is not strong enough, the original form of sports organizations is not suited to development of the situation and lack of professional instructor guidance for sports.we propose the following measures for sports in order to improve the results which are not optimistic: The physical education department should pay more attention to the development of sports for oilfield workers; Full use of the advantages of field conditions, and actively explore new forms of sports organizations; Sports Development field staff should fully take into account the inconsistency of workers'leisure time; Various types of oil field workers jobs, we should seek multi-level and multi-class combination of sports; Oil field workers of the unique environment, sports activities should be noted that the principle of distinction; Oilfield workers have strong Heterogeneous and the high social mobility, so need to keep expanding field of social sports instructors.
