| The petroleum enterprises, as a lifeline of our national economy, theirdevelopment of staff sports is of vital importance to the social development.Served as the hosts of the enterprise, the staff is the most direct factorwhich decided to economic efficiency of enterprises, and their physical andmental health status are directly related to the enterprises’ economicdevelopment and cultural progress.But through the research we found that the studies and works related tothe development of staff sports in petroleum enterprises are not rich, so thispaper tries to study the present situation of the staff sports in Daqingoilfield. Hope to play a certain function to the development of domesticoilfields’ staff sports.Through the research methods including questionnaire, interview method andthe literature material method, and by researching the present situation ofthe staff sports, analyzing the existing problems and reasons, this paperhad put forward some realistic development strategies: improving sports’statue in enterprise and the organization construction; perfecting hardwarefacilities; gaining publicity and spreading scientific sports knowledge;pursuing strong physique monitoring and making fully realize the importanceof health; paying more attention to the role of social sports instructorstowards enterprise’s healthy development; cultivating sports consciousnessof staff and forming the right consuming concept.Based on such realistic situation of Daqing oilfield staff sports, thispaper does some depth discussions in the management status, sports cognitive,sports development status,influencing factors and the problems, and drawsthe conclusion that:(1) The overall development of the staff sports situation in Daqing oilfieldis very optimistic, the promoting function of enterprise development isgradually realized;(2) Pay more attention to the rules and system construction, and the managementdepartment provides high intention of the funds investment and hardwarefacilities;(3) The Daqing oilfield workers’ health condition is not optimistic, andproportion of people in sub-health conditions and with chronic diseases andis very high; (4) Most sports managers and the general staff have clear cognitive in sportsactivities values, just a little conservative in the consumption idea, butwhat has begun to continually produce a qualitative change;(5) Have a solid mass basis in some traditional advantage of competitive sportsin China, the workers to participate in sports activities are in high frequency,but a little less in frequency;(6) Still need further promotion and publicity of sports cultures among thepopularization, lead to the development of the staff sports and enhancementof workers’ own sports knowledge and skills. |
