Study On The Situation And Countermeasure Of Henan Province Wushu Sada Reserve Talent Training

SanDa is the modern athletic sports of the two according to certain rules, under certain conditions to use the kicking, punching, wrestling and other appropriate actions in wushu to unarmed combat offensive and defensive techniques to combat; it is the important component of Chinese wushu. Wushu SanDa is developing rapidly since 1979, the level has improved continuously. Henan Province Wushu SanDa has been in a leading position in the country in recent years, which is related the advantages of henan province's back-up personnel training. The Reserve talent is the basis of competitive sports, one project of the country whether keep the enduring long-term competitiveness or not on the rapid development of the international sports arena , the key is the quantity, quality and a constant flow transmission capacity of this project of the country's competitive reserve personnel. Reserve personnel training is the strategic issues of the development of the competitive sports , none but attaches great importance to the echelon building of reserve talent, the development of the nation and regional sports will be rewarding. This paper carrys on a survey and visits for coaches and athletes of the young people Wushu (SanDa) tournament and Provincial Games qualification tournament of Henan Province in 2009 .and learns about the status quo of the Henan Province Wushu talents back, the problem is found, and puts forward the countermeasures, to providing the theoretical and practical basis in order to Henan Province Wushu reserve talents, to promoting the Henan Province Sanda levels better. This paper mainly uses the documents and materials, interview, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods to research on the ststus quo of Henan Province Wushu Training reserve status from the coaches, athletes, sports training, business management, four subsystem , Draw the following conclusions:1. The status quo of Henan Province Wushu coaches is that the age structure of Coaches basically reasonable. The knowledge structure is imperfect, the research abilities is low, the income of SaDa coaches is low in Wushu schools, which leads to the positive is not high in a certain extent,. Coach Job training system is flawed and in quantity, it can not satisfy the requirements of the trainer to improve their business capacity continuously in quality.2. The status quo of Henan Province Wushu Sanshou athletes is that the age distributions of athletes are basically reasonable, and the cultural foundation of the most of the athletes is poor, they feel the difficulty to learn. Employment opportunities for athletes intent, the majority of athletes would want to enter the professional teams, some athletes wish to test into college, a small part want to employment and engaged in other professions.3.The basic conditions of Henan Province Wushu Sanda Training are that (1)Many coaches'training programs are incomplete, Sanda training tool is not perfect restoration, training is lack of macro-guidance, and should reinforce the purpose of scientific research, establishment the training phase of the athletic capacity evaluation model to guide the training. (2) the attitude training of athletes is more positive ; athletes training is primarily aimed to test the universities and into the professional team; training time is more reasonable; training venues and equipment are adequate to meet the training requirements of athletes, only a few coaches think that can not meet the training requirements ; training treasury is mainly by the government and schools; experience in material selection has a certain subjectivity, there are deviations in some respects.4. The status quo of management of Henan Province Wushu Sanda is that : the management system is incomplete, the numbers of management people are insufficient. The equipped with methods of Coach is unscientific, coaches appraisal work is imperfect; it is mainly with three main focus on the management of athletes. Financial input by government departments is not enough, most martial arts schools and municipal sports school Sanda team lack of funding.This study makes the following recommendations based on the current situation of the reserve personnel training in Henan Province,: (1) perfect the knowledge structure, improve the research capacity of coaches, strengthen the job training of coaches and improve wages treatment of the coaches on the basic of ensure the operational capacity of coaches (2) broaden the training channels, enhance the studies of athletes in cultural learning, to improvee the learning atmosphere and learning ways for athletes to bring their enthusiasm's improve for learning cultural studies. (3) strengthen the research capacity of coaches in the professional project and establish the training phase of the athletic ability to judge the model to guide the training, to make a scientific selection; at the same time, teach students according to their aptitude ,mobilize the enthusiasm of athletes training for the athletes to prepare a way out; increase investment, improve the training ground to meet the training requirements for athletes; (4) continuously improve its management system, to perfect the management for Sanda athletes,, improve the quality of management. The leadership of the relevant departments give the attach great importance , improve the equip with means of coaches, to increase the investment strength of the government sector, while strengthen its ability to finance operations and the exploitation of the industrial market , promotion of"use wushu to keep wushu。"...
