In modern society, teachers and other professional career than being seen as a starting point, high standard, high-quality jobs. The teaching profession has focused mostly on whether the teachers have good professional ethics. Teachers as a nurturing all-round evelopment of the talents of professional workers, only those with high professional ethics and all-round develo-pment of the overall quality of teaching and educating can perform the work. Teacher professional ethics of their behavior regulation functions, the teacher has to guide our self-function, education, object-educational function, there are demonstrations of social civilization and functions. Can be seen that the level of professional ethics of teachers not only with the teachers themselves are closely linked, multi-faceted ties with the community has a more important value.In 2008 the Ministry of Education on the "primary and secondary school teachers in professional ethics" had a further amendment, the contents of the more prominent of the "Love and Responsibility" is a distinct theme of education. Love is the ever-lasting theme of education, the responsibility of teachers eternal promise, love and responsibility are the core of professional ethics of teachers.Quality Education in classroom Teaching should be full of love, the classroom is the teachers responsibility to reflect the territory. In the classroom teaching, teachers, every move, every word and deed, the attitude towards the students, ways of tackling problems will be a subtle impact on students as the students imitated. Therefore, Concerned about the teaching of professional ethical conduct of secondary school teachers are very important significance.This study access to relevant literature, we found on the professional ethics of teachers, a lot of research, from the ethics interpretation of the factors affecting the analysis of the status quo of the surveys related to more than books and academic papers, from the method to the content of this research is still relatively a comprehensive, on the one hand shows the concern of professional ethics for teachers degree of professional ethics of teachers on the other hand shows the implementation of specific indeed there are some problems. Comparatively speaking, with regard to teaching professional ethics of teachers in the study is relatively small. Learn from this study has been based on the results of the study, using empirical research methods,Self-compiled "Teaching Professional Ethics of Teachers questionnaire", a total of 310, recovery 287 copies,273 copies of valid questionnaires during the investigation, based on interviews with an outline of some in-service teachers were interviewedLearned in the classroom teaching part of the current secondary school teachers in the love and dedication, serve as role models, care status of students in three areas. The survey results through data processing, the results show that:(1) In the classroom teaching, secondary school teachers of professional and ethical standards is a better overall performance; (2) In a specific behavior there something contrary to the teaching profession code of ethics behavior; (3) Different context of secondary school teachers in the classroom teaching of professional ethics of teachers there are differences. In this paper, the investigation out of the problems, carried out analysis of the causes,That the following factors have contributed to the emergence of the problem:Some teachers, educational concepts obsolete weak legal awareness, self-quality is not high lead in classroom teaching contrary to the teachin profession in the emergence of ethical behavior; adverse impact on the moral atmosphere of the value orientation of teachers; heavy pressing tasks, and adding to the pressure of teaching led to teacher's psychological health is under threat. For the cause of the problem, the study that should be three-pronged approach to improve the current middle school teachers in the problems:(1) Update the traditional concept of teachers, students and teaching, to improve the quality of teachers; (2) To improve the social environment, create a good culture, to create a good atmosphere ethics; (3) From its own position, interpersonal skills or technique to improve the psychological quality of secondary teachers. Through these initiatives to enhance secondary school teachers of professional ethics.
