Teachers’ sense of dedication is that the teacher is identified with its own profession,willing to put into feelings and try to finish the work,’["eachers" sense of dedication isteache’rs professional emotion, which is urgently needed and strongly advocated by thesociety. Some researchers ofund there were teachers appeared serious job burnoutphenomenon, low proefssional personal integrity, having no sense of educating students. Allof these show that teacher dedication is low. Thereofre, conducting in-depth study of teacherdedication not only has theoretical significance, but also practical value. Throughout theexisting research literature of teacher dedication, we ofund that the contemporary scholarstake enterprise employees as the research object, though some scholars also probed intoteachers’ dedicatbn, but mostly are basically intelligent quality and lack of empiricalresearch. In this study, we would take primary and secondary school teacher dedication as theresearch object. We would use the methods such as the literature retrieval, interview andquestionnaire survey to ofrmulate the "The Questionnaire of primary and secondary schoolteachers’ sense of Dedication and and Inlfuencing Factors”,and also conduct themeasurement of implicit attitude of t’eachers sense of dedication and investigated thesituation and influencing factors of secondary and primary schools’ teachers.The results indicated that:(1)The questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers’ sense ofdedication hadhigh reliability and validity, and could be used as effective assessment tool of primary andsecondary school teachers’ sense ofdedication.(2)The queslbnnaire of primary and secondary school teach’ers sense ofdedication hadsix dimensions: work serious and responsible, hardworking, work innovation, jobinvolvement self-improvement and career identity.(3)The influencing factors questbnnaire of primary and secondary school teach’erssense of dedication had high reliability and validity, and could be used as effectiveassessment tools of influence factors of primary and secondary school t’eachers sense ofdedication.(4)The influencing factors questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers’ sense of dedication had four dimensions: organization atmosphere, social support, jobcharacteristics and good benefits.(5)The implicit attitude of primary and secondary school teachers’ sense of dedicationwas positive, the reactbn time of compatible group is significantly faster than theincompatible reaction time.(6)There were significant differences in gender, taught subjects, marital status,education background, school age, income, teaching period. There were significantinteraction between teaching period and taught subjects, education background and job title.(7) The regression analysis results show that atfer controlling the teachers’ gender,marital status, education background, income, job title, teaching period, mainly taughtsubjects and school age, the sense of dedication of primary and secondary school teachercould be predicted by the organization atmosphere, social support, job characteristics andbenefits.
