Research On The Professional Dedication Of Contemporary College Students

College students are the new force of social development and economic progress.To establish a sound value of professional dedication can ensure college students enter the society to take their occupation actively and seriously,get success on their work,contribute for the society and promote the formation of dedication on duty in all society members.So cultivating of college students' dedication plays an important part in the development of our country and progress of our nation.College students' value of professional dedication is the embodiment of the value of socialist professional dedication which based on the Marxist labor theory in the group of college students.College students only have a comprehensive,in-depth understanding of the profound meaning of the Marxist Labor Theory and the important role of laboring in human all-round development and social progress.Having a correct understanding of significance of labor in the socialist society,then can consciously build correct professional values thereby establish a correct and sound professional dedication.At present,although the overall situation of college students' value of professional dedication is good in general,diversified values in transitional stage of our nation influence the cultivation of college students' socialist core valves and professional dedication value.We must fully understand the status of college students' professional dedication,analyze the causes of problems thoroughly,then we can find the corresponding solutions.This paper researches the internal relations between the Marxist labor theory and the value of socialist professional dedication,describes the characteristics of the value of socialist professional dedication,and on this basis to study the guidance significance of the Marxist labor theory in cultivating of college students' value of professional dedication in our country.On the basis of the theoretical research,this paper used questionnaire empirical approach researching into the current conditions of college students' value of professional dedication,and summed up the positive and negative features.To these problems,further analyzes the root causes,and gropes for solutions tothese problems.Expected by these means,college students can form a sound value of professional dedication,and make a great contribution to the social construction.
