School's incentive mechanism is the complex of policies, systems and measures adopted by the school for achieving the incentive objectives for teachers .While teachers'professional attitude is the cognitive evaluation, emotional reflection and behavioral intention held by teachers towards the profession engaged in by them. Studying the relationship between the two has important theoretical significance for enriching the theory meanings of school's incentive mechanism and teachers'professional attitude, and has important practical significance and practical value for school administrators diagnosing levels of incentives, enhancing management efficiency, enhancing the enthusiasm of teachers and improving teachers'professional attitude. In this study, we investigated part of the primary and secondary teachers participating in key teachers'training and new curriculum training in Hebei Province in 2009 using "School's Incentive Mechanism Questionnaire" and "Teachers'Professional Attitude Questionnaire" on the basis of previous studies from both at home and abroad, On the spot, we did the distribution and recovery of 350 questionnaires, of which 322 were valid questionnaires ,whose effective rate was 92.00%. And then used descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to investigate and understand the status of school's incentive mechanism and teachers'professional attitude, and to explore influences exercised over teachers'professional attitude by school's incentive mechanism .The results are as follows:(1)The overall condition of incentive mechanism in the school where the teachers investigated are are good , of which seven main factors, the sense of work responsibility is the best, followed by"achievement and recognition"and"the charm of work itself"and"improvement situation"and"teacher-oriented management style"and"learning and the growth"and the unsatisfactory"wages and benefits".(2)The overall situation of professional attitude of the teachers surveyed is good, of which four main factors, the best is professional intention, followed by professional emotion, professional atmosphere, and finally professional cognition.(3)Primary and secondary school's incentive mechanism of different levels influences teachers'professional attitude with differences. The better incentive mechanism, the more positive professional attitude.(4)School's incentive mechanism in general and its various factors and teachers'professional attitude in general and its various factors all have significant positive correlation.(5)The regression between school's incentive mechanism and teachers'professional attitude is significant. Of which seven predictor variables predicting teachers'professional attitude a total of four significant variables are into the regression equation , Their joint explained variance was 63.9%, followed by their interpretation, they are "the charm of the work itself," "teacher-oriented management style", "a sense of work responsibility" and "achievements and recognition" according to their interpretation amount from big to small. Finally, through frequency statistical analysis of the various dimensions of the items of teachers'professional attitude one by one, we found that the current teachers'professional attitude has some problems. For instance, some teachers can not fully understand the educational value and significance of the profession, do not feel positive, harmonious, democratic school's atmosphere, have a lack of interest and appreciation in the work . Then, this paper tries to find the cause of the problems out of the school's incentive mechanism, and gives some specific recommendations from the incentive angles. Such as, to increase the charm of the work of teachers, to implement people-oriented management concept, to enhance a sense of responsibility of teachers, to add teachers'experience chances of accomplishment and recognization.
