Queries during the course of teaching are often baffling teachers: with exactly similar curricula,schemes,and projection,we would gain students' performance in full spectrum.Reasons for the result varies from factors of teachers' as well as from students'.Consequently,this dissertation mainly analyze influence from teacher's teaching to student's performance by view of teaching features.What is the teaching feature? It is the sum of teaching behaviors and habits unconsciously expressed,and teachers' distinctive teaching skills intending to show during courses.All in all,this feature is an integrated charisma accumulated during long periods of teaching practices.Most research from the past tends to focus on one respect of teaching,so as to summarize its influence,whereas ignore other factors.In reference to pertinent files on teachers' teaching features and teaching performance.This dissertation analyzes influence upon students' performance resulted from teaching features by way of factors division:teaching features are analyzed from the perspective of contents,methods,class arrangement,teaching competence,attitudes toward teaching and language traits;while students' performance is researched from respects of thinking and capability,improvement,mastery of theory,and their attitudes in class.It is expected that conclusions drawn from this dissertation can make its own mark on the improvement of teaching features and efficiency.Major methods used in this dissertation are file research,questionnaire,and interviews.What conclusions drawn from those activities are as follows:1.Current teaching is performing well as a whole.Teachers' contents are arranged rationally with clear emphasis of curricula key points through instruction.They also can make better combination of theory and practice of teaching contents.Teachers intentionally offer chances for students to engage and follow new methods in the class.Teachers have the intention to let students study in an atmosphere of ease so that all the class can practice actively.All these thank to teachers' professional knowledge and expression skills,and from these,they can clearly let their students know study requirements to realize expected aims.The fact thatteachers fully prepare,devote to students and assist those in need reflect their positive attitudes.The language they use is logic and vivid,making materials more lively.There are some points are worth notice: some contents need to upgrade;teaching methods still have potential for improvement;students' status shall be the main focus;teacher need more skills to activate audience interests to solve their puzzle.Humorous language is also needed.2.Effect is satisfying.Students' thinking and study ability improvements are most noticeable,followed by general capabilities and mastery of theory.What lacks is the influence upon study attitudes.3.Teaching features and effects are positively pertinent.Class arrangement,teaching capabilities,and attitudes can influence most upon students' thinking and study capabilities' improvement,mastery of theory,and their attitudes towards study.The language teachers use can also influence students' thinking and capabilities.Those questions can lead to some thoughts about variation of teaching features,leading to improvements of teaching effects.1.Teaching contents shall be analyzed according to needs from students.Effective design,better arrangement with live and current traits,and rational arrangements are all needed during teaching analysis.2.Single form of teaching method shall be rid of.Effects can be improved by more engagement from students.When they become the principal part in teaching activities,only can varied teaching methods applied,interests activated,and attitudes changed.3.Summarize class phenomena and draw experience from others.Visit classes from competent teachers to learn and exchange ideas;form teachers' own traits to maximize their privilege.4.Teaching competence can only be improved by persevered progress.To engage in all kinds of recruitment and learn more;enlarge vision and widen views towards teaching;be passionate and prepared.5.Effective exchange with students through improvement of language skills.
