| At present,the interactive whiteboard(electronic whiteboard) is used as a new mediatechnology in primary and middle school, which is promoting educational reformation.Butfrom the literature research and survey,we found that in the actual classroom teaching,theuse of electronic whiteboard and the application effect is not ideal. Based on this actualproblem,it is necessary and urgent to investigate the factors that influence teachingbehavior.In this study, as the basis of of innovation theory and achievement motivation theory,the questionnaires and interviews on the application of electronic whiteboard were carriedout and230teachers who participated in the training of primary and secondary abilityLiaocheng were chosen as questionnaires and interviewers. Analysis shows that teachers’age, period, subject, and regional structure condition are in accordance with the overallLiaocheng distribution of basic education teachers.It is very representative.Questionnairebased on the literature analysis and expert opinion, analyses the research object, the designfactors, which affect the teachers’ application of electronic whiteboard model, and uses thecrowns bach(Cronbach alpha) reliability method of questionnaire and factor analysis,reliability and validity test. we use SPSS19software for the survey data analysis, and wecarry out descriptive analysis of teachers’ background information, teaching behavior,information literacy, psychological factors, school environment. We investigate the datadifference by analyzing the differences between the variance of the survey data, andinvestigate close extent between variables using correlation analysis and to describe thepredict ability of teaching behavior description of each influence factor by regressionanalysis.The result is as follows. The teacher’s gender and the frequency of using electronicwhiteboard have influence on teacher’s teaching behavior.Teachers’ information literacy,school environment and psychological factors have different influence on teachers’ usingof electronic whiteboard behavior. Colleagues, self-efficacy, influence internal motivation, anxiety and information skills have big influence on teacher’s teaching behavior.Theimbalance of distribution on electronic whiteboard software and hardware in rural andurban areas and little training opportunity for teachers have different influence on teacher’steaching behavior.The research proposal is that education departments and schools need to create aeducation informationization surroundings that are propitious for electronic whiteboardapplication and provide policy support.Training of teachers’using whiteboard are needed tobe strengthened, and training’s pertinence and effectiveness is also needed to beimproved. They should try to improve the frequency of teachers’using whiteboard andencourage teachers to improve teaching level in the application. |
