Most of college students are brain workers whom are an important group and their physical and mental health has an important bearing on the future of our country.Their health will be effected if they don't exercise suitably after hard brain work.The development of physical training will greatly be effected by the forming of habits in schooldays.Aerobics exercise is a newly physical program, which is mixed with gymnastics, dance and music to achieve fitness intention, based on exercises with oxygen by force of free-hands or body-building applicances. It will positively enhance the physical quality of students and stimulate to the cultivation of aesthetic capacity, correction to shape and sentiments, as well as adjustment to health in psychological, furthermore, it is suitable to all ages and various classes of people to participate in, as one kind of ideal sports for life, and particularly effect to female undergraduates in developing long term fitness awareness, which can not be replaced by any other projects.Lifelong physical exercises is generated by the modern society when it developed to a certain stage, as reflecting people's needs in self-improvements. Lifelong physical exercises expressed the thoughts of sports as overall and long-term, in accordance to deeply understanding of this idea, physical exercises should be run through the whole lifetime and can be seperated from the entire life. As one of the most important condition to implement the National Fitness Program is to establish the lifelong physical exercises thoughts. Physical excersise courses in the college are extension from the physical education in primary schools and middle schools, which is the bridge linked in between the long-chain as lifelong physical exercises. It is not only the last chain of physical education in schools and colleges but also the highest class and linked to socialized physical exercises as a turn in the course turned from learning to adoption. Therefore, the lifelong physical exercises is one of the essential tasks in the College physical exercises education in our country, to choose the most favorite sports program in courses is positively to stimulate the interests in sports and good habbits in lifelong physical exercises for students. It has been more than 20 years for aerobics setting-up exercise as one of the courses in college physical education, during the 20years, the setting-up exercise courses were continually updating as along with the society development, the enhancement of the public setting-up exercise coursed in colleges and the cultivation of healthy physical exercises habbits for those students during the period in colleges, which are not only bringing impacts to the quality of education targets achievements, but also to the sound effects of National physical exercises development, to the consequence of lifelong physical exercises implementation, and crucial to the quality of characteristic education, with the key points are chasing for long-term health benefits, and fulfill the national physical thoughts as 'lifelong sports" and "health first". Hence, it is always a topic to be discussed by those who are working on aerobics setting-up exercises for what kind of setting-up course series to be established in colleges.The article is applying the methods inclusive investigation through questionnaire and statistics analysis, based on theory of body esteem and active reflections, going through the posture and inner connection between lifelong physical education and college public physical setting-up exercise courses,carrying out the practical status for setting-up exercises implementation in 10 colleges, where it picks up 6 typical ones of them and divided into 3 groups so as to compare with the satisfaction, nature respects, exercise attitude among the students, and to forecast the ideas of lifelong physical exercise and actions, and figures out the best one who implemented setting-up exercises. Then it comes to the conclusion that colleges in Group A are better in setting-up exercise implementation with the perspectives through public physical fitness education appliances, well-organized in education, concepts from the teachers, stimulation of lifelong physical exercise thoughts for students, educating evaluation and methods for examination etc, what's more, it brings up the questions as how to merge the public physical fitness courses into lifelong physical sports as optimized, and to motivate the lifelong sports thoughts and capabilites through all of the students, so that they will be benefial as enjoying happiness and health for the entire life after they graduated from the colleges. Hope it can do a little help in reference for the lifelong sports education causes in colleges.
