A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Middle School Students' Associations

The student affairs management as a typical USA type term, it refers to the school tostudent affairs plan, organization and leadership, in our country, commonly known as the studentwork, the essence is the floorboard of student activities and non academic affairs management.Student organizations as an important part of student affairs management, is the embodiment ofthe important carrier of campus culture, the school second class education, participation instudent organizations management, construction activities, is to enrich students’ campus life,interpersonal skills training, broaden the vision, an important means to establish extensivestudent interest. With the deepening of educational reform of our country and improve thestudents’ autonomy, rich and colorful community activities has become a student life a beautifulscenery line of club activities, attention and discussion of how to promote the positive researchactivity of adolescent development an important perspective.Student community high school by the students according to their interests, hobbies to buildcommunity organization, community development and self determine the direction ofdevelopment, community activities plan and carry out self evaluation. The main content is fromthe point of view of student organizations in school, how to more effectively play the studentassociation effect, promote high school community health self sustained development, improvethe comprehensive quality of students. In view of the above core issues, this paper focuses oninvestigating the development situation of Qu zhou third middle school student associations tofocus, current situation of high school students association, status and role of student associationsin students affairs management; secondly, through the real case to analyze four main reasonsaffecting students’ community function realization; finally the five direction put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the function of senior high school students’associations.
