In the society today, human resource, being the primary one of all resources in our society, plays a very significant role in the development of various fields; similarly, teachers, being a very important human resource in kindergartens, inevitably is a key factor which affects kindergartens'development. With the rapid development of childhood education, a number of grouping kindergartens established and emerged which are publicly, privately or jointly organized and run, and such grouping kindergartens are playing very important role in the local pre-school education. The traditional teacher resources management has been not able to adapt to the society development's needs, the scientific teacher resources management of such grouping kindergartens will be helpful to motivate teachers'positive initiatives, to exploite their greatest potentials as well as to enhance teachers'overall quality. Therefore, for the grouping kindergartens, the implementation of teachers resource management became an primary act in the development of teaching staff process, as well as an essential guarantee for grouping kindergartens to realize its sientific management and for its long-term existence and growth.This paper, through analysis on the current management status of teaching staff in the kindergartens of X Group as well as on some documents in this regard, taking four aspects of teachers resource management, namely employment, performance assessment, incentives and trainings as a main line, makes a profound research and analytic study, to exploit a human resource management stategy which can meet grouping kintergartens demands. The body of this paper comprises following parts:The introduction of this paper, gives a comprehensive review on theoretical basis of human resource management, the study of human resource management in China and abroad, as well as relevant researching documents regarding human resource management of schools and kindergartens in recent years, at the same time gives the theory and practical significance, research objectives and methods of this study.The first part elaborates on the concept, target and content of teacher resource management of grouping kindergartens, and demanstrates in great details the difference and relation between traditional personnel management and human resource management.The second part is a case analysis, analyzes the current management status and problems exisit in teaching staff in Childood Education Center of X Group through four aspects: employment management, assessment management, incentive management and training management. The third part is based on study of researching documents and case quoted, summarizes the law and principle of teacher resources management of grouping kindergartens. It makes the base for putting forward the concerning strategy.The fourth part closely combining with practice of the teaching staff management of X Group, brings advantages of kindergartens management in grouping style into full play, points out to have an innovative employment management system to motivate teaching staff's vigor; to set up a scientific performance assessment system to push improvement on teachers'overall qaulity; to strengthen incentive mechanism to build up a development platform for teachers'professional and self growth; to perfect training system to accelerate teaching staff's overall quality and other areas for teachers resource management in grouping kindergartens, providing new thinkings for accelerating teaching staff's overall quality level in kintergartens.
