A high-quality,high level of teachers,is the guarantee of a basic condition of colleges and universities high level teaching.Therefore,teachers in the allocation of resources of the University of S,puts forward the optimization solution is to improve the social awareness,enhance the important work of the employment rate of graduates.According to the S research university teachers allocation analysis of existing problems,to put forward the optimization measures.The measures proposed to promote the rational allocation of teacher resource structure of S University,to further promote the level of scientific research,the quality of education of the University of S,to meet the needs of professional development,discipline development.To promote the smooth implementation of the development strategy of S university.This paper uses qualitative analysis method,interview and case study.Focus on analysis of the S university teachers resource allocation situation,and to find the existence of S university teachers resource allocation problem.These problems mainly include the following aspects:the number of personnel lack of teachers,teacher resources,teacher resources,unreasonable use of teacher resources quality can not meet the needs of school development.Then the S university teachers resource allocation strategy:guarantee conditions for the introduction of multi-channel teacher resources,the rational allocation of resources,increase the use of existing teachers teachers'selection and training,improve the allocation of teacher resources.These measures,to solve the existing problems of S university teachers resource allocation.Finally,the paper draws the conclusion:S university must successfully complete the strategic development plan,the key work is to establish a high level and high quality,sufficient quantity,reasonable professional structure and age structure,with higher stability of teachers.
