The Deficiency Of Soccer Backup Talents Cultivation And The Research On The Target Location

Soccer backup talents development level is a important standard on the judge of national soccer career development. The cultivation of Chinese soccer backup talents nowadays focus too much on the improvement of their skills, while neglect the integrated development of their quality, which do not conform to social demands. Such kind of situation leads to the low quality and harmful performance of soccer athletes. Looking back over the cultivation of backup talents, we are able to discover many questions. All these questions are due to their cultivation itself, and on the other hand, it is harmful for their development.This paper based on the theoretical foundation for the pedagogy and sociology, aims to research on the cultivation of Chinese soccer backup talents from the aspects of the family education and social education, school education. In this paper, the author analyzes the deficiency of cultivation, and points out the primary cause. Such kind of unbalanced cultivation system pay too much attention on the technical level, while neglects the inner quality level. And it leads to the decline of Chinese soccer backup talents'quality.The research in this paper based on the methods of documents analysis, interviews on experts, questionnaire survey, statistics and logical analysis. The research reach those conclusions:1. Incompatibility between "Three Concentration" management and family education is the main reason of absence of the football talents family education. To resolve this contradiction is key of resolved missing family education of football talents.2. Soccer talents training institutions show contempt for cultural quality of education, moral education, caring education, which is main problems of the football school in the reserve talents.3. Adverse social and soccer environment is the main problem football talents society education facing. News media, the mass media do not play a "model" exemplary role, affected the social responsibility of football talents and professional ethics.4. Family education, school education and social education form "Trinity education", which is effective way to improve overall quality of soccer talents.5.Now target of the cultivation of backup talents is too generalized, and goes too far away from social requirement, family and individual demand for football talents. The new cultivation target is necessary, which is on the basis of culture ideas of both "educating people" and "Champion", keen on football career, focused on sport and other spirit.
