General practice of the course is our basic education curriculum reform, but owing to a general practice is a new form of course, the schools and teachers of the necessary experience, thus in the implementation process, is revealed much more important issue. on the question of attribution should be traced to the programme planning and design level. Schools should make overall planning general practice, every school to the school and university in the community of the launch of three categories to meet one of the general practice : school planning, comprehensive plan of action in practice, the general practice.The research aims to open a primary schools in the general practice in the formation of the plan through to the analysis, summarizing the year of practice for comprehensive plan of the model, phase, subject, and measures for primary and secondary school, and the general practice of the programme planning recommendations. the research aims to the theory and practice more research is rich in related field theory research, for the vast majority of primary and secondary schools should be provided with reference to the case.This paper is divided into three categories, mainly introduces the first part of the proposed research and studies, the significance of the design of the year. the second part of the practice of formulating the plan, and introduced three aspects of the case for the description and analysis. the third part in the case on the basis of analyzing to explore the conclusions and recommendations.
