In order to meet the challenges of the new century,all countries in the world attach great importance to curriculum reform.The common trend is to advocate children's centers,return to student life,and curriculum integration.The promulgation of the Guiding Outline of Comprehensive Practice Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools in China marks that the curriculum of Comprehensive Practice Activities has entered a new stage of development,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers' comprehensive ability and professional quality.The practical wisdom of teachers in comprehensive practical activities is the key to the effective implementation of comprehensive practical activities curriculum,which to a certain extent determines the level and quality of the implementation of comprehensive practical activities curriculum.Based on the implementation of integrated practical activity curriculum and the review of the research on teachers' practical wisdom,this study constructs a theoretical framework of teachers' practical wisdom in integrated practical activities.Y teachers from H Middle School in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City were selected as the main case samples for in-depth interviews.Through field observation of the implementation process of comprehensive practice curriculum in H School,four comprehensive practice teachers were selected for supplementary interviews to obtain information on the activity site.Through the analysis and summary of on-site data,the contents of teachers' practical wisdom in comprehensive practical activities and the internal relations among various parts are excavated.It is found that the practical wisdom of teachers in comprehensive practical activities is the comprehensive accomplishment of teachers in the process of correctly thinking,analyzing and solving problems in the process of designing and guiding comprehensive practical activities,adhering to the educational concept of student development as the basis;the design wisdom,interpersonal wisdom,and action ability of teachers in comprehensive practical activities.The guiding wisdom of integrated practical activity curriculum influences each other and complements each other,and jointly constructs the overall framework of teachers' practical wisdom of integrated practical activity;teachers' practical wisdom of integrated practicalactivity has the characteristics of "situational" and "reflective practicality",and teachers' curriculum beliefs are its "source power".The formation of teachers' practical wisdom in comprehensive practical activities is a dynamic process.Due to time constraints,this paper has less research on its process evolution,and the promotion of practical wisdom needs further study.Follow-up research will investigate many excellent teachers of comprehensive practical activities,find out the commonness of their practical wisdom promotion,and explore their promotion strategies.
