Safety related to everyone's life. In all walks of life have focused on security issues today. Safety education will also arouse enough attention. Safety education in schools is an important carrier safety education is an important part of school education. Students at the primary stage of education has a positive meaning of security, the safety of the students for proper education to the family, school, the community have some positive affect. However, the current primary safety education is not perfect, analyze problems and propose effective strategies to improve the thrust of this article.The main thrust of this safety education in primary school students to discover the problems and propose effective improvement strategies. The main part of this thesis could be divided into three parts:The first part: The theoretical of safety education in primary school students and its significance were analyzed. First of all, the concept of safety, safety education and safety education of pupils was given; Secondly, describes the theoretical basis for safety education, that is mainly from the theory of life education,"people-oriented"thinking support and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory of three parts; Again, Expounded the significance of safety education in primary school students, which mainly included five aspects: Safety education is the primary need for the development of life; Safety education helps students to carry out physical and mental health development; Carry out safety education will help to deepen the quality of primary education; Carry out safety education for secondly and high education stages lay a foundation for safety education; To carry out safety education will contribute the harmonious development of our society.The second part: Analysis the problems which exist in safety education of pupils. This thesis based on the safety education of pupils in S Country, Liaoning Province. In order to investigate more real, that the author selected three primary school students and their teachers in school safety education status of the investigation and analyzed the reasons which leading to the present safety education in primary school students exist in key issues of them.The third part: The improvement strategies to promote the safety education of pupils. This part included five aspects: Enhance the awareness of safety, put safety education into the school's teaching programs; Combined safety education courses with s activities of safety; Construction of the family, school and community trinity Safety education Network; Active the research on the safety education of pupils.
