Fatmax Exercise Weight Loss Program In Normoxic And Hypoxic Environments Effects On The Body Of Obese Young Men

Objective: The maximum fat oxidation intensity of obese young men was found,and Fatmax exercise weight loss program for obese young men was formulated.Moreover,the effects of Fatmax exercise weight loss program on body composition,body shape,cardiopulmonary function,and exercise quality of obese young men under normoxic and hypoxic environments were compared,so as to provide references for obese young men to exercise and weight loss in the future.Methods:Twenty obese young men were randomly divided into the normoxic group and the hypoxic group.Fatmax was determined by the power bicycle increasing load experiment and the exercise program was formulated.Do 90 minutes of Fatmax exercise once a day for 4 weeks.The normoxic group was carried out in the normoxic environment,while the hypoxic group was carried out in the hypoxic environment with an altitude of 2300 meters and an oxygen concentration of 15.9%.Body composition,body shape,cardiopulmonary function,exercise quality were measured before and after the experiment.Results:(1)Fatmax of obese young men and women was(50.87±3.35)% maximum oxygen uptake,and the maximum fat oxidation rate was(0.48±0.12)g/min.(2)Body weight,BMI and body fat rate were decreased in the normoxic group(P<0.05),fat content decreased(P<0.01).Body weight,fat content and body fat rate decreased in the hypoxic group(P<0.01),and BMI decreased(P<0.05).Experiment after hypoxic group of body weight,fat mass,body fat rate lower than that of normoxic group(P<0.05).(3)Chest circumference,hip circumference and thigh circumference of the normoxic group decreased(P<0.05),and waist circumference decreased(P<0.01).Chest circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference decreased in hypoxic group(P<0.01),and upper arm circumference and thigh circumference decreased(P<0.05).After the experiment,the chest circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference of the hypoxic group were smaller than that of the normoxic group(P<0.05).(4)The maximum oxygen uptake increased(P<0.01),lung capacity increased(P<0.05),and the quiet heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased(P<0.05).Inthe hypoxic group,the maximal oxygen uptake and lung capacity increased(P<0.01),the quiet heart rate decreased(P<0.01),and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased(P<0.05).After the experiment,the maximum oxygen uptake and lung capacity of the hypoxic group were higher than that of the normoxic group(P<0.05),and the quiet heart rate was lower than that of the normoxic group(P<0.05).(5)The normoxic group was the same as the hypoxic group,strength decreased(P<0.05),speed,endurance,agility increased(P<0.05),flexibility increased(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)Obese young men can achieve the maximum fat oxidation rate by exercising on Fatmax to lose weight.(2)Fatmax exercise weight loss program can optimize the body composition of obese young men,and the effect is better in the hypoxic environment.(3)Fatmax exercise weight loss program can improve the body shape of obese young men,and the effect is better in the hypoxic environment.(4)Fatmax exercise weight loss program can improve cardiopulmonary function of obese young men,and the effect is better in the hypoxic environment.(5)Fatmax exercise weight loss program can enhance the exercise quality of obese young men,and there is no difference in the effect under different environments.
