Socialized Reform of University's Logistics conforms to the objective requirement of the socialist market economy, which is one of the premises to ensure the stable and fast development of higher education. Since the socialized reform of university's logistics, it has greatly changed the traditional management system and operating mechanism, which strengthen the power, vitality and efficiency in development of university logistic, providing the sound assurance to the reform and development of higher education. While reform is a complicated systematic process, each component has to run synchronously and coordinately, or it would have a serious influence on the whole process of the reform. The scientific thought of development is highly people oriented, and it is to take interests of people as the threshold and foothold point of all the work, to continuously satisfy the people's various needs and to promote people's integrated development. Human is the key factor in the process of socialized reform of logistics. So university's logistics will not just have the stuff see the prospects, and more importantly, it will culture and mobilize their enthusiasm to develop their potential abilities, for which they can share the achievements of reform with their own wisdom and capacity. However, turning back to view the process of logistics reform, we cannot choose but admit that the increase of crisis in self-existence and self-development, weakness in the function of self creation and skill of self development, and recessive phenomena of ridiculous equal treatment still exist. we have no choice on the passive even helpless transformation in logistics staff's inner concept and working styles; we cannot help with the situation of lacking initiative spirit,of increasingly severity of degradation in personnel structure and of the inferior of the overall quality in leadership and managerial and administrative expertise. With the increasingly development of socialized reform of logistics, the quality of human resource management in logistics has the remarkable influence on result of the socialized logistics reform in universities, even more it could be the bottle-neck barrier in the process of reform promoting. So it is extremely urgent to improve human resource management level and it is highly vital to build the human resource management system and mechanism based on human, which drew much attention from supervisors in logistics department. This thesis is to analyze and start from the problems existing in human resource management since the socialized reform of logistics department in higher education, interactively assisted by methodology of bibliography, statistics, graphs and analysis to explore the reasons of the problems, combining with the real practice of human resource management in higher education in China, to explore and build more operable and scientific system employed in human resource management, to get the further development of socialized reform in logistics.
