In the knowledge-based economy era,talented people have become strategic resources of world.Achievements that China has attained for over 40 years are prominent.In order to create China's speed and show the quality of China,the demand on talented people has soared for social development,and colleges and universities plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating and creating a large number of high-quality talented people and scientific technology.At present,Chinese government initiates the strategic thought of educational power,hence China's tertiary education is about to usher in a golden period of comprehensive reform and rapid transformation development.Logistics work is a key component of development of college and university,which aims at providing places,facilities and services to carry out teaching,scientific research and education.Thus,logistic work with high efficiency and high quality has impact on development of university and college to a large extent,whereas the development and optimization of human resources is the core of improving the overall level of logistics.N university devotes to building up the university with high level in western China.In recent years,both the teaching scale and teaching quality have been improved greatly,and the development momentum is strong,which also put forward higher requirements and challenges to logistic management and service of N university.Nowadays,the scarce resources are not fortunes and funds,but human resources who are experienced and willing to work.Logistic human resources are not fully developed and used in N university under conventional management mode.On the basis of previous research outcomes,this paper conducted a survey to 161 formal logistic staffs,and selected 89 staffs to carry out a questionnaire investigation regarding management of logistic human resources.Based on the analysis of objective data,this paper summary the drawbacks in four aspects,including selection,employment,and education and performance appraisal.Combined with relevant theories as to human resource management,this paper also put forward suggestions being consistent with reality of N university.It aims to strengthen logistic staffs' enthusiasm for work and sense of responsibility,and revitalize existing human resources through the change of management concept,the improvement of management mechanism,the diversity of management means,so that allocation of human resources can be optimized.Eventually,the management and service of logistic human resource will be prompted comprehensively.
