The logistics of the Central South University, established in the tide of China’sLogistics Reform socialization, school teaching, research and business entities toprovide logistics support services ranging from catering, property, utilities,communications, sanitation, greening projects. With the development of the school,the new campus of the South School Logistics Group of the range of services morewidely, more and more high technical requirements and the level of services, require amore professional personnel engaged in the corresponding work. The same time, thescale of the Group’s employment is growing, with the gradual improvement of thesocial security system in China, the Group’s employment insurance, welfare and otherworkload is increasing every year, so the more routine work to the Group of theMinistry of Personnel, also tangible and intangible, to increase the costs of the Group.Based on the human resources management of the logistics group of CentralSouth University as the research object, embarks from the present situation of humanresource management of Central South University rear service group, in-depthanalysis of the problems and their causes. Based on the theoretical basis andapplication practice of human resource management outsourcing the logistics group ofCentral South University, the outsourcing of human resource m anagement areanalysed and studied. This paper first introduces the basic theory of outsourcing andhuman resource management outsourcing, outsourcing of human resourcesmanagement theory of knowledge, and domestic and international situation in thestudy of human resource management outsourcing review. Then according to thepresent situation of human resource management of the logistics group of CentralSouth University and the causes, proposes and analyzes its human resourcemanagement outsourcing the necessity and the feasibility. Objective reasons, such asoutsourcing, risk factors and implement human resource management outsourcing inthe analysis of Central South University rear service group, establish goals andprinciples of human resource management outsourcing on, using the Alan Speakermodel, Alan Speaker model of human resource management outsourcing the logisticsgroup of Central South University, and selection of reference for the group to takehuman resources management outsourcing content and mode, on this basis, startingfrom the actual situation of the group, to determine the specific content and mode of human resource management outsourcing can be implemented. Finally, from thespecific operating process outsourcing, outsourcing vendor selec tion, outsourcingcontract, culture, control and avoid the risks and other aspects, so as to provide thereliability measures of outsourcing smoothly, so as to guarantee the smoothimplementation of human resource management outsourcing.Human Resource Management Outsourcing Logistics Group of Central SouthUniversity, a preliminary study and research, human resource managementoutsourcing as a Logistics Group of the Central South University, to reduce costs andimprove an important measure of quality of service, by building the human resourcemanagement outsourcing system for the logistics Group of the Central SouthUniversity, the implementation of human resource management outsourcing offers aviable outsourcing strategy.
