In the New Curriculum Criteria for High School Music Class (2003), the Course design ideas section has illustrated that the aims of the creation teaching is not to train professional composer, but"students of the creative spirit and practical ability.""Music Creation Teaching"is the activity through which students get the chance of self-expression, and the range of which should not be limited to the"composition"."Music Creation Teaching"should provide students with a relaxed atmosphere relatively free to express inner feelings. High School"Music Creation Teaching"is definitely not rigidly adhered to"creation"of the terms and concepts, and it is more than just issue some"music compositions", it should attach importance to the essential characteristics of music teaching, the students will make their heart imagination and feelings out through music performance. High School"Music Creation Teaching"is reflected in all areas of music learning, it is not merely a reproduction of the musical scores of notes, but a creative re-creation. Under the guidance of the teaching materials, students anal size, understand and master various knowledge points. On this basis, they will gradually convert the theory of music creation and knowledge into music teaching abilities and skills, thus continuously develop and improve their innovative spirit and practical ability.The present article is divided into five partsThe first part, we should build effective music creation teaching strategies in high school. This part explores the issue of how should we actively explore the content of teaching and properly guide the students to learn music in classroom teaching. It also elaborates stimulating students' interest in learning music, how to implement the method of music and how to cultivate creativity in our students so that students get the joy of creation.The second part, build the basic model of high school music creation teaching. Music teachers should focuses on training students to express inner feelings through music and to develop students'interests and expertise, stimulate and develop students'imagination, creativity and help them learn basic music theory and the necessary knowledge. As for the basic model of creative teaching, music teacher should help students gradually transit from improvisation to proposition by using a variety of music source material, and then deep into the high-tech computer music creation, implemented progressively from the emotional to the rational music creation.The third part, enhance teachers and students'comprehensive music literacy. This part explores the issue of improving comprehensive music literacy through a variety of music teaching practices, the educational method of which is based on affection and aesthetic and its educational effects are reflected in the edification of their education, infection, purification, spiritual epiphany teachers and students. Teachers and students were awarded with aesthetic beauty of music through aesthetic media. Students'knowledge and skills of music help train and upgrade teachers and students comprehensive music quality.The fourth part, build a high school music creation teaching evaluation system. As for the assessment of students'music creation, this part emphasize on the evaluation of creative process in music practice, focus on the creative process evaluation. The evaluation system includes the evaluation purpose, evaluation methods, evaluation criteria, evaluation principles. As a teacher, we should capture bright spots of students'timely, enthusiastic encouragement. A small spark can make a big issue and combustion may create a new spark, and this is the basic principles of creative teaching. The fifth part draws the conclusion. Through a series of practical activities and music creation, students not only mastered music knowledge, but also developed their creative ability.The paper revolves around high school music creation class, in particular the implementation process, it holds that high school music creation teaching should enhance student's creative interests, enhance their music skills and the abilities of music performance; by learning"roots music", namely folk music, teachers should help students broaden their views, make up for the lack of accumulation of music students in music understanding, so that music students'music creation will be more colorful, more full of vitality.
