It references the standards of Washington Accord, Sydney Accord and Dublin Accord all that is recognized by International Engineering Alliance, the thesis describes the characteristics of engineers and technologists, technologists and technicians in work activities, problem solving and knowledge and capabilities. The next stop it references B.S.Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives and the case profession to explore the ways of curriculum aims'orientation in TEUL.For curriculum objectives, the diversity of sources should be reflected, "behavioral-oriented" objectives is in the center and including "universal objectives", "processed objectives" and "performance objectives", the expression of objectives should be clear.For the categories and structure of curriculum, it divides curriculum system into the general cultural curriculum and professional curriculum and the thesis attaches importance to the strategies in the latter's setting up. Curriculum structural graph is formed based on the analysis of characteristics of profession and learning styles. For the hours allocation in curriculum, it references the Teaching Program of Applied Sciences University in German, combined investigation in case university to conclude the problems in different types of curriculum and attempts to put forward specific referenced proposal.For the contents selection and organization of curriculum, based on the learners' characteristics, the trends in technology development and social needs, the relationship between the different types of knowledge, the thesis sums up the basic principles of contents selection. Next, the thesis points out the one-sided property of some organization concepts for curriculum in TEUL, and then demonstrates the appropriate of "disciplines-Project" organization model for TEUL based on analyzing talents type and occupational activities, finally it points out the path implementation that is how to put the organization models of technical disciplines and project into effect in TEUL.
