The entrepreneurship education in universities of China,which started in the late 20th century,has been explored,piloted and implemented for more than 20 years and now steps into the period of reform in which the construction of teachers is the key.Most technical undergraduate colleges are composed of newly-upgraded colleges of which the years of study ranging from 3 to 4 or those with a relatively short history.At present,the overall competence of teachers for entrepreneurship education in technical undergraduate colleges is relatively weak,thus,the construction for teachers corresponds to the national strategy deployment of E&I and it may improve the overall entrepreneurial quality of these teachers as well as the employment and entrepreneurial quality of students during the transition of the group of teachers.To conclude,technical undergraduate colleges must strengthen the construction of teachers for entrepreneurship education from every aspect and actively promote the development of entrepreneurship education.This article focuses on the analysis frame of the construction of teachers for entrepreneurship education in technical undergraduate colleges in Shanghai.Firstly,it compares the cases of interview with the current research on that frame and constructs the analysis frame considering the special position of technical undergraduate colleges and the special teaching group.Applying the analysis frame we made,this article then studies the current situation including resource,management,training and evaluation of teachers and existing problems in the construction of teachers and points out the reasons.Finally,combining the experience of construction for teacher group in foreign technical undergraduate colleges and existing problems in colleges in Shanghai this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions with the analysis frame.There are six chapters in this paper,in which the specific content of each chapter is as follows:Chapterl Introduction.This chapter mainly expounds the background and significance of this study,reviews related literatre of entrepreneurship education andconstruction of teaching staff for entrepreneurship education from both domestic and foreign and gives comments.It also introduces the research program of this study,defines the related concepts and determines the theoretical basis of it.Chapter2 Constructs the analysis framework of teachers' team construction of entrepreneurship education in technical colleges at undergraduate level.Based on presented case study,this paper uses the existing framework of research on teaching staff construction in entrepreneurship education,comparatively analyzing of these cases and combining with the special position of technical colleges at undergraduate level,constructs the analysis framework for the construction of teaching staff for entrepreneurship education in technical colleges at undergraduate level.Chapter3 The research on the problems in the construction of teaching staff of entrepreneurship education in technical colleges at undergraduate level.This chapter uses the new-constructed analysis framework to interview and look into the present situation of teaching staff construction of Entrepreneurship Education in Shanghai's three technical colleges at undergraduate level,and explores problems occur in the teaching staff construction of entrepreneurship education in technical colleges at undergraduate level from the five dimensions:entrepreneurial teachers composition,teacher management and cultivation,evaluation and protection and investigates the causes of problems in-depth.Chapter4 The development and reference of the teaching staff construction of entrepreneurship education in America and British's technical colleges at undergraduate level.This chapter takes the analysis framework for the teaching staff construction of entrepreneurship education in technical colleges at undergraduate level as accordance,learns beneficial experiences in five dimensions from the teaching staff construction of entrepreneurship education in technical colleges at undergraduate level from America and British,and expounds the shortcomings in all dimensions of the teaching staff construction of entrepreneurship education in Shanghai's technical colleges at undergraduate level.Chapter5 Countermeasures and suggestions on the teaching staff construction of entrepreneurship education in technical colleges at undergraduate level.Based on the present situation,problems and causes of the teaching staff construction of entrepreneurship education teachers in Shanghai's technical colleges at undergraduate level,combined with the experience learned from the teaching staff construction of entrepreneurship education in the Anglo American and other foreign countries,this chapter puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions in terms of government,enterprises,social organizations and entrepreneurship teachers themselves.Chapter6 Conclusion and reflection.This chapter summarizes the shortcomings of this study,reflects that there's still some areas need further research and discussion on the day after.
