The Research On Nurturance Education Taking The Cultivation Of University Students' Behavior Habits As An Example

In recent years,with the rapid development of moral discipline,the researchers constantly engaged in thorough discussion of nurturance education which valued by ancient, modern, Chinese and foreign educationalists. In process of theory and practice of Moral Education moving forward, researchers put more and more emphasis on good moral behavior of the students.Generally, to measure Moral Education success or not and to judge whether a person forming good ideological and political character,not just make oral language as a standard, but behavior is that the most important symbol of ones'morality, therefore, nurturance education which directly point to train students'good behavior habits becomes the central issue of my paper. Meanwhile, there are really many problems existing in university students'behavior habits, so these become the basis of my paper's topic.by analysis and summarize the literature data,I believe,nurturance education is just an educational activity that educators according to the codes of behavior required by our state and society, with repeated behavioral training method mainly in combination with a variety of educational methods,purposeful,planned, organized to exert influence on the students, to make them form good and stable behavior habits, and to promote them to form good ability of ideological and moral practice further more.Therefore, nurturance education is a topic that has special researching value.The research value of this thesis is conducting a systemic research on nurturance education, taking the cultivation of university students' behavior habits as an Example. On the one hand, the research on nurturance education of university students in the academic field is just beginning, there is still many researching space that we can explore in, on the other hand, in the current researching achievements, there are still lack of achievements about the basic flow as well as the basic law of nurturance education, my paper just manage to explore in these contents, adding its own academic value.The preamble of my paper focus on the current research situation, research value and research methods of nurturance education, the body is formed of three parts:The first part is about the concept, history, characteristics, importance and theoretical basis of nurturance education,get my own view about the concept of nurturance education by summarizing the view about this exist in academic field, search the developing process of nurturance education in China and West, find the characteristic of nurturance education is obeying the rule and attaching importance to behavior, discussing the importance of nurturance education, confirm the theoretical basis of nurturance education is Marxism Epistemology, Behavioral Science theory and Social learning theory, Above-mentioned contents lay a foundation for my research and in the same time it is prepared for my research to depth direction.The second part is analysis the significance of cultivating university students'good behavior habits and the time-variant requirements for university students'behavior code that proposed by state and society, this is the highlights of my paper.The third part is focus on the implementation of nurturance education about university students'good behavior habits, researching the targets, principles and methods when implement nurturance education, emphatically analyzing the implementation process of nurturance education, and rational pondering the problems existing in the implementation process of nurturance education.The whole research is taking the cultivation of university students'behavior habits as an example, focus on the discussion about the basic theory and law of nurturance education, combining with theory and practice, manage to get a satisfactory research result.The innovations of my paper are combing the developing process of the requirements of university students'behavior code which proposed by state and society since the founding of our country, finding the requirements go through a process that from abstract to concrete, from General to detail,from integration in the relevant documents to Independent written.And from four dimensions that political,ideological, moral and mental to analyze the time-variant requirements, and researching the contents of nurturance education under the guidance of that awarded by Ministry of Education in2005.
