Informal structure of social relations often surpass the formal system. This is formed our social life of "unspoken rules" event is a rare condition in transition period, the existence of rule running condition also have new features and form.Transition characteristics formed "hidden rules" all around the social life,and this phenomenon is widely accepted. The unspoken rules' important influence still can not be ignored in the social life,although the fact is not pointed out.
