Objective:This study on the Tai Chi movement in the energy metabolism measurements, Reveal the characteristics of energy metabolism Tai jiquan, Tai Chi instructor-assisted training in science, And to study the characteristics of Tai Chi exercise breathing and gas metabolism, Fitness for the public to provide the right amount recommended for the development of Tai Chi more scientific to lay theoretical basis. Methods:In this study, Tai Chi Chuan School Beijing Sports University team as the experimental group,10 men's team, In Beijing University of Physical Education as a control group of men, tai chi enthusiasts, Using literature, expert consultation method, laboratory tests and other methods, Germany CORTEX-3B using cardiopulmonary exercise testing were measured pairs of subjects in the Tai Chi movement in the process of test gas metabolism, Test indicators include:heart rate (times/min), respiratory rate (times/min), respiratory quotient, oxygen pulse (ml), The relative oxygen uptake (ml/kg/min), expiratory time (S), inspiratory time (S), tidal volume (L), metabolic equivalent of energy: MET and so on.Results:Taijiquan exercise in experimental group consumed an average energy of 5.13±1.36 MET, The energy consumption of the control group 4.10±1.17MET, Group there were significant differences (p<0.05); The average heart rate during exercise test group:104±12 beats/min, control group:100±17 beats/min, Group there were significant differences (p<0.05); Tai Chi movement throughout the course of the experimental group the average respiratory quotient of 0.8±0.06, control group 0.77±0.06; Taijiquan exercise test group, the average oxygen pulse to 11.4±2.55ml, the control group was 9.85±2.38ml, Group there were significant differences (p<0.01); Changes in oxygen pulse during exercise range:experimental group was 6.3±1.4-13.5±1.4ml between the control group was 5.7±1.5ml-11.7±2.5ml; Taijiquan Movement respiration rate of experimental group was 26.13±4.89 times/min, control group was 25.52±4.43 times/min, There was no significant difference, Taijiquan movement increased respiratory frequency mainly due to expiratory time shortened, The inspiratory time is relatively no significant change; Movement experimental group mean relative oxygen uptake of 17.96±4.77 ml/kg/min, control group 14.36ml±4.11/kg/min, Was significantly higher (P<0.01); Measured in the experiment, the average resting tidal volume of the experimental group was 0.62±0.161, the control group was 0.59±0.11, There was no significant difference in the course of the campaign, The whole exercise was an average tidal volume during the experimental group was 1.05±0.231, the control group was 0.92±0.191, The experimental group is much larger than the control group, there was significant difference (p<0.01).Conclusion:(1) Tai Chi movement, high-level athletes, higher levels of energy metabolism, Completion of action load greater recovery period after exercise, high-level athletes need to intake more oxygen to compensate for movement of oxygen loss occurs; (2) Long-term tai chi practice can reduce heart rate, This study measured Tai Chi for the moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, Of its energy supply mainly through primary function is based on the oxidation of fat; (3) Long-term tai chi exercise on the human body have a good heart and lung function effects, Showing the movement of tidal volume increase, The relative oxygen uptake in experimental group than the control group there was significant difference, Tai jiquan and the use of high-level athletes, oxygen uptake capacity of good.
