| With the development of sports, the game is getting more and more intense. It has not only brought about thrill and excitement, but also many negative impacts. There are more and more aggressions in the games. This gives adverse effects to the development of society, especially adolescents. Therefore it is more important to study the aggression in sports.Based on the General Aggression Model and results done by relative former studies, interview materials and surveys were applied to produce the structure of collegiate athletes'aggressiveness. In accordance with the structure of Aggressiveness, The Collegiate Athletes Aggressiveness Questionnaire (CAAQ) was developed. The dimensions and structure of the aggressiveness were examined through the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. At the mean time, important factors, such as gender, age, sport level and sport event, which might influence the level of aggressiveness were explored. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The structure of aggressiveness for Chinese collegiate athletes was a second-order correlation model. The second-order factors were made up with aggressive cognition, aggressive emotion and aggressive behavior. Aggressive cognition has three factors:malice, vengefulness and suspicion. Aggressive emotion has two factors:irritation and impulsion. Aggressive behavior has three factors:verbal aggression, physical aggression and vicarious aggression.2. It was showed by the confirmatory factor analysis of the second-order correlation model, the second-order correlation model could effectively represent the true structure of the collegiate athletes' aggressiveness.3. The Collegiate Athletes Aggressiveness Quesionnaire (CAAQ) developed in the study were confirmed to have ideal reliability and validity, and accorded with the standard of psychometrics.4. Gender and sport event were confirmed to be significant factors to affect collegiate athletes'aggressiveness.
