Teaching style is the expression of personal teaching charm, therefore, it is also an important indication of the personalization of teaching. However, under the influence of some historic and social factors, the tradition education of our nation attaches more importance on unification and commonness. The pursuit for individuality of teaching is negnected, no matter in theory study or in practice, and more so with the case of teaching style. With reference to some relevant documents and literature, and considering the actual conditions of nursery teaching, this thesis tries to make analysis of the type characteristics of nursery teaching style from psychological, social, and educational dimensions and the effects of different teaching styles on the nursling's study, which becomes theoretical reference for the qulification development of nursery teachers.When viewed from the psychological dimension, the teaching style of nursery teachers can be classified into the sensibility type and sense type. The reason that the sensibility type should be adopted is that the nurslings need to be treated with affection due to their young age. The nursery teacher staff are mainly females, which plays a positive part in the formation of the sensibility type of teaching style. However, the stress on sensibility type of teaching style does not mean to totally negnect the sense type, there should be banlance kept between these two types.When viewed from the social dimension, the teaching style of nursery teachers is divided into action type and action guiding type. Influenced by the traditional interaction ideas, nursery teachers mainly adopt the action type of teaching style in their teaching, and the nurslings are required to follow the teachers. The author suggests that the action guiding type should be adopted as the main style in teaching, as is required by the diversification of the roles played by the nursery teachers and by the interaction between teachers and nurslings.Lastly, when viewed from the educational dimension, the teaching style is categorized into target guiding type and the process guiding type. While many teachers favor the target guiding type, the author of this thesis advocates the process guiding type to be adopted mainly in the teaching based on the following few factors:the requirement of kindergarten curriculum and the necessity for the comprehensive development of psychological and physical health of the nurslings.
