Due to the fact that Aerobics experienced a rapid development,classroom teaching cannot meet the student’s needs anymore. Some of these studentsmight company about the limited contents in the class. However, some others mightpass the fully understanding of the class content. Therefore, It is necessary to analyzehow to improve students’ activeness and autonomy. Besidesthe structure and effectiveness of teaching mode, it is necessary to pay attention onsome other factors to carry out learning-instructive-type teaching method. Firstly, weshould use self-study, disambiguation, explaining and practice study processing basedon the real situation.
