Aerobics is a sport. It based on Physical exercises and aerobicexercise with music and reaches the target of improving health,fitness and enjoyingfun together. Due to the fact that Aerobics experienced a rapid development,classroom teaching cannot meet the student’s needs anymore. Some of these studentsmight company about the limited contents in the class. However, some others mightpass the fully understanding of the class content. Therefore, It is necessary to analyzehow to improve students’ activeness and autonomy. The paper introduces the learning-instructive-type teaching method, the paper introduces the learning-instructive-typeteaching method.In order to solve the problem of tedium in content and cramming method ofteaching.This paper’s research methodology consist by literature review, questionaire,experimental statistics methods. This article content includs teaching methodconstruction, teaching content, contents implementation order and processing control.It has done the experimental study on students’ autonomous learning ability, learninginitiative, sports skills and creating consciousness, The Research result shows that thelearning-instructive-type teaching method can mobilize their initiatives and improvethe capability of autonomous learning for P.E. It could help students to know skillsfaster to promote their Sports skill. In addition, learning-instructive-type teachingmethod could enhance students’ subjectivity and improve their creating skill. Besidesthe structure and effectiveness of teaching mode, it is necessary to pay attention onsome other factors to carry out learning-instructive-type teaching method. Firstly, weshould use self-study, disambiguation, explaining and practice study processing basedon the real situation. Secondly, learning-instructive-type teaching method reflect bothon students’ predominant status, and teachers’ leading. Moreover, the method askedthe teachers to balance the relationship between knowledge and ability. Finally, itexpands teachers’ professional skills and raises their innovation consciousness.
