Chemistry concept is not only a very important role in chemistry courses, but also a very important way to develop students'ability.Based on the analyzed of the current situation for teaching and research, recognize chemistry concept and discussion the teaching in a new light. Chemical concept is usually uesd to analysis and solve the problem, so it contains many chemical methods. Chemistry concept appear in define way often, but it's implication is does not the meaning in define words on the surface.The study for chemical concept not only define learning, but more important the scientific thinking method reflected in the concept.Based on constructivism theory, this research recognized chemistry concept in a new light,and analysed the effect for students in chemistry learning,and understanding the implication of the concept of construction.The research trying to build a teaching process for student organizing the chemical significant by themselves, achieved the goals to developmend students' ability.At first,the meaning and the characteristics of constructing meaning for the the chemical concept have been discussed in this article. And the main reasons and scientific methods have been summarized from the from the point view of chemical phylogeny. Beside,pointed out the content of chemical concept is not just the connotation and denotation,but also inlude the origin and the other related formation.On these bases, explored the teaching process of meaning construction for the the chemical concept in general,and describes how to help students construct the various meanings of theirself have been made in this paper.The evaluation system of student and focuses on the content and form of the evaluation have been analyzed.Take the amount of material and the concepts of redox reaction as a specific case,detailed discussed what the meaning should constructed and how to conduct in teching process as well.On the basis of theory,a semester instruction practice for the constructivist teaching for chemical concept promoted to students has been made.These are some conclusions have been obtained that from the research that help students constructing the meaning of the concept comprehensive,take attention to the origin of concept,experienced the process of forming chemical concepts by themselves have some aspects affects to students as following:First,when the students constructing the meaning of the concept entirely,students understanding of the concept is deepening continually and their level of understanding has also been enhanced. Second, understanding the view of things of the concept and the relationship between that to other related concepts have made could structuring good cognitive for students.Third,constructing the concept of active of meaning by themselves could enhance the quality of thinking for students.Last but not least,these could improve interest to learning for students.
