Chemical thinking ability refers to the individual psychological characteristics formed in the process of learning chemical knowledge, using chemical thinking methods to think and solve chemical problems.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the cultivation of chemical thinking ability has been regarded as an important goal of chemistry curriculum in middle school chemistry curriculum in China. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the society puts forward higher requirements for individual thinking ability, which will inevitably put forward different learning objectives for chemical thinking ability in the stage of basic education. Therefore, the research on the related problems of chemical thinking ability is an eternal topic in the field of chemical education research. At present, under the background of focusing on students' subject core literacy, the cultivation of chemical thinking ability has a unique function, because it is the basis and central link of developing students'subject core literacy. Therefore, under the new educational background,it is of new significance and value to study the problems related to chemical thinking ability. The data show that the research on thinking ability in the field of chemistry education is fruitful, but the research is not broad and in-depth under the trial education based on the core quality of the discipline. Therefore, based on the junior middle school chemistry curriculum, this paper studies the related problems of junior middle school students' chemical thinking ability.Based on the connotation characteristics of core concepts such as scientific thinking ability and chemical thinking ability, the author further analyzes the constituent elements of chemical thinking ability, constructs the structure of chemical thinking ability, and determines the evaluation index of junior middle school students' chemical thinking ability in combination with the contents and requirements of Compulsory Education Chemistry Curriculum standards and textbooks(taking junior middle school chemistry textbooks of people's education edition as an example),Through case analysis, questionnaire survey, interview, paper and pen test and other forms, this paper explores the development status and influencing factors of junior middle school students' chemical thinking ability, and makes a practical research on the training strategies and suggestions. The probe results show that:(1)The chemical thinking ability of junior middle school students is at the lower middle level;(2)The creativity level of chemical thinking quality is low,the profundity level is medium and above, the comprehensiveness level is poor, and the critical level is relatively lack;(3)The level of characterization and application of chemical thinking methods is not enough, and there is great room for improvement of chemical thinking skills.(4)Students' interest and motivation level, the structure of existing knowledge and experience, learning content, teaching strategies, teaching evaluation and many other factors affect the development of students' chemical thinking ability.Based on the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors, the author analyzes the three requirements of instructional design:(1)Reverse teaching design reflects the concept of "integration of teaching evaluation";(2)Plan the teaching content as a whole and pay attention to the unit teaching design;(3)Carefully design the teaching process and pay attention to the situational and exploratory nature of teaching activities.Based on this, the teaching practice is studied. The practice results show that the teaching strategy suggestions put forward in this paper are practical, feasible and effective.
