Social communication is an important aspect of social life, also an important issue of social behavior research. In this paper, based on the data which the author have participated that the National Social Science Fund Project of'Study on the Anti-poverty of Sanxi Migration', utilizing both frequency description and cross classification and Logistic regression analytical method, the study research the social communication situation of Sanxi immigration area residents. Also this paper analyze how factors such as gender, nation, education and career influnce the social communication by Logistic regression analytical method.Based on the previous research, we not only stand on the theory which regarding social communication as a kind of social behavior which are influenced by external situation, but also apply the pre-existing independents into our research. In the selection the dependent variables, we see New Year Greeting network as the epitome of social communication combining with Chinese culture background.We both develop the indicator of residents'New Year Greeting network members and,and establish an Logistic model to analysize how the above mentioned independents influnce immigrants'social communication.The results suggest, sex significantly influenced Sanxi immigrants'choices of their friends'relationship types, also nation significantly influenced their choices of choosing which category to communicating with. However, age only partially significantly influenced theirs choices. Other independent did not have significantly influence. We find that, because of Sanxi immigrants'particularity, further research should examine the applicability of the pre-existing social communication theory of immigrants community.
