Staffs of university is practical undertaker of the work, carrying out Performance Management among them is an active measures for improving management level and school running benefit currently. However, from status, the applied and implemented of performance management of the staff of University administrative are very limited. This paper analyses the status quo and problems of the performance management, reflect on the causes of the problem and put forward constructive suggestions on how to establish an effective performance management system. At the end, we extended discuss the attentive problem in the implement of performance management in the colleges and universities.
