Under the situation of the new curriculum reform, "morality and society " teaching material of elementary school has had many editions. But the author searched for documents, find that the pertinent comparatively analytical our country go into to elementary school "morality and society " teaching material is fairly weak, many aspect study however impose teaching operation on as regards "morality and society " is upper, but the teaching material valuation problem is not taken seriously. The article has respectively chosen two teaching material:the people's education press and the Hubei education press publish, have made a trial trying to study to the teaching material valuation, hoping to promote the course reforms much better.According to the use of different materials, and having collected the teaching material, I choosed the teaching material come out by people's education press and Hubei education press, mainly adopt three kinds of researching methods:compare, explain teaching material, and chart.The article has five parts. Part I is introduction, specifically for new course, the effect that the teaching material valuation reforms to the course, on the topics of the reason of research, "Moral Character and Society" Research materials, meaning and ideas' research analysis, the main methods used, the shortcomings of research to do a specific set.The second part is the sort of primary moral teaching materials of domestic and foreign from history to development. Including profiles of foreign primary teaching character, our primary moral profile of the teaching materials, our primary moral lesson comparing the old and the new curriculum standards of the three.The third part is the comparative and analysis of "morality and society" of people and Hubei education press. In this section, first expounded the "moral and social," the theoretical basis for the preparation of teaching materials, and then compare the two versions of textbooks. Comparison is mainly carried out in three dimensions, from teaching materials, teaching materials structure, material presented to compare the form of three dimensions, and on the two versions of the materials in the three dimensions of the similarities and differences compared and analysis, but also on other aspects of the two versions of different materials were compared.The fourth part is a summary and thinking. By comparison and analysis, come prepared two versions of a number of successful teaching experience and teaching materials exist two versions of the shortcomings. The fifth part is the proposal. Based on the foregoing comparison, two versions of teaching materials for the inadequacies of, respectively, for the newly published version with the E-teaching materials prepared by the two versions of some of the recommendations put forward their own, and then on "Morality and Society" This course preparation of teaching materials to make some suggestions.
