With closer international contact, changeable social environment and more different value idea, it has become a global topic to strengthen moral education.Nowadays it presents the following trend for the development of international moral education:the requirements of social and human development has become a common factor to make out moral goals and content in the world;the research on the individual moral thinking and inquiry competence has become a topic which is discussed deeply by experts and authorities in every country; under this background, domestic moral education enters a phase of modern turning ,it more emphasizes on the regulation education of moral personality and social morality. The type and content of primary moral curriculum has changed very much as well in the process, curriculum type changes from Thought personal character to morality and life, morality and society(integrated curriculum),curriculum content changes from simple moral content to a combination of morality,society and life. Therefore, the content and the system has become more adequate, however, it reduces the content of moral education after integrating, meanwhile, it destroys the logical system of the moral ed- ucation by some degree because of rebuilding of the textbook and then the quantity of the education is effected.Taken the Confucianism ,Ethics and moral psychology as the theory basis and the regular and features of students'moral development in different grades as actual basis, based on the analysis of moral textbook history and the experience of cultivating, the thesis describes the rebuilding of the primary moral education from the following four aspects: Person and oneself ,Person and nature , Person and other people , Person and society which based on the features of our school and students. It researches deeply on the building of the content and system of"with other people"and intends to promote the construction of moral education of primary school. It explores further for focalization to make the moral education more effective.
