In a new round of basic education course reform, the primary school "ideology andmoral character" and "social" integration of the two courses for primary school moralcharacter and society, the effect of this course plays an irreplaceable important role ineducation development. In order to grasp the current Yan’an City primary school of thecurriculum implementation of personal character and social effect and the influencefactors of curriculum implementation, this research mainly adopts literature research,survey method and statistical analysis method, through the10samples of primary schoolteachers and students in the questionnaire survey and field interviews, using SPSS dataprocessing software to teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire to conductscientific statistics and analysis. After research and analysis that the current primaryschool of the curriculum implementation of personal character and social effect, studentsin emotional attitude values, knowledge and ability of the overall learning effect is not sogood. The effect of "Morality and Society" in Elementary Schools of Yan’an Cityincluding the major influencing factors of the campus environment, school environmentand students’ condition and other factors. According to these factors, this study based onthe new concept of new curriculum reform in the elementary school moral education andputs forward some improvement Yan’an City primary school of the curriculumimplementation of personal character and social effect of effective strategies, mainlyfrom the following dimensions: First is the government’s policy of curriculumimplementation. Second, stress the school of curriculum leadership consciousness,teaching resources development, the reform of the teaching evaluation. Third is a teacher for research course overall goal, and change the way of teaching methods, make theirown professional quality and comprehensive quality of ascension. Fourth is to establish amulti-level of the family and social support systems.
