Due to the high school is the class management really is a headache. The teacher in charge of the student management always weighed down, not the firemen rescue fire here, there is a student of full-time nanny, every day around the students go, there's not a day relaxing days. So, I decided in the autumn of 2009 high school (5) class class independent management of teaching, expected after 2 years of practice, in line with actual Science School of Nam Long Shan independent management classes, and get better results. In the autumn of 2001, in a comprehensive understanding of the students, careful analysis of the student's status, on the basis of the characteristics, promote whole-school independent management class. The independent class management "refers to a self education under the guidance of teacher manage class, self management independent development of the creative talents as value-oriented education management practice. Its purpose is to carry forward the human spirit, to promote the harmonious development of personality, efforts to implement the class management independent, democratic and scientific. This paper focuses on helping students through class operating as a discipline and good study habits and work habits of the people, to work in the future. This paper will explore five parts:the first part of Nam Long Shan polytechnic schools create autonomous management class of reason, here are the students reasons, there is also a teacher, school management reasons; the second part on the creation of autonomous management class of feasibility analysis; the third part is the key to introduce independent section management class construction of concrete measures: teacher thought transformation and professional standards, establish independent management class calls environment, student self-internal changes is to achieve "autonomy" of sterile; the fourth section describes autonomous management class construction in some initial results; the fifth part of the autonomous management class construction of subsequent measures makes some assumptions.
