Vocational education takes an important part in modern education. With the recent national attention on vocational education, vocational education has shown a good momentum of development. Because of the great reform of vocational education, coupled with the growing complexity of the source of students, Teacher-student relationship of vocational schools show new features. The harmonious relationship between teachers and students directly influence the education teaching effect, affecting vocational school training goal the realization, related to students' physical and mental health and their all-round development, in relation to the teacher's work experience and professional development. The teacher-student conflict as the main factors affect the teacher-student relationship has become more frequent, more diverse, which vocational educators need to attract the attention and taken seriously, when conflict occurs, teachers should master the appropriate coping strategies and rehabilitation Treatment strategies.This article attempts from vocational school conflict between teachers and students in according to the situation of literature study, questionnaire investigation report on the basis of the real data of conflict between teachers and students, based on performance, influence, the present situation and reasons to study and tried to resolve conflicts and conflict prevention strategy, in order to make teachers and teaching management personnel clear the inevitability of conflict between teachers and students, correctly face conflict, actively respond to conflict, adopt scientific strategy to prevent conflict, adopting effective strategies to resolve conflicts, so as to construct the harmonious campus, the establishment of a democratic harmonious teacher-student relationship.Text is divided into five parts:Part I: Introduction. Mainly on the background, research status, significance, research objectives were explained in detail.Part II: Overview of the teacher-student conflict. Mainly expounds the basic theory of conflict between teachers and students, and defines this article main concept and research scope.Part III: The survey and analysis for the current situation of conflict between teachers and student in vocational schools. The survey for the status of vocational conflict is from both teachers and students.Part IV: Conflicts between teachers and students in vocational schools reflect the problems and causes of analysis. Summarize the main problems of conflict between teachers and students in vocational schools and from the teachers and students, school, family and social five aspects to analyze the causes of conflict between teachers and students.Part V: Coping strategies of conflict between teachers and students in the Vocational schools. Make recommendations and resolution strategies from the correct understanding and to actively prevent and reasonable solution.
