The diversities in value are making big changes in the course of teaching in the classroom, which also lead to the increase of conflicts between teachers and students. It is a great significance to explore how to motivate the active affects that the teachers play to take precautions against the conflicts between the teachers and high school students. In addition, it also contributes a lot to build the new relationship between teachers and students as well as the expansion of contents of educating the teachers.By collating the empirical survey questionnaires, will be the main types of the conflict between teachers and students are divided into high school class view conflict of value orientation of the teachers and students view conflicts of value orientation. On this basis, the essay analyzes the causes and prevention countermeasures of the high school class conflicts between teachers and students from teachers’ point of view which focuses on establishing humanized teaching idea, the conversational classroom relationship between teachers and students and advocating promote classroom management. Finally, the essay aims to strengthen teachers’ understanding of the high school class conflicts between teachers and students and promote the ability of the prevention and control.
