Teacher-student relationship is the basic interpersonal relationship in school life.Harmonious and stable teacher-student relationship is not only the basis of education and teaching,but also the important condition of high quality education.The harmonious and healthy development of teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities is of great significance to the overall and healthy growth of college students and the sound development of higher education.Nowadays,with the development of science and technology,the doubling of the demand for talents,the expansion of enrollment and the change of management system in Colleges and universities,the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities becomes more and more diversified and complicated,and the conflict between teachers and students occurs from time to time.The conflict between teachers and students in Colleges and universities refers to the direct,open or implicit interaction between education and teaching caused by the differences in values,objectives,status and resources between teachers and students in school education.It is a psychological and emotional frustration or antagonism.Through the investigation,it is found that the current situation of teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities is generally harmonious,but there is indifference and alienation between teachers and students.The rising trend of conflict between teachers and students is also a major concern in the current relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities.Through the analysis of the survey results,the main characteristics of the current conflict between teachers and students in Colleges and universities are as follows:first,the conflict between teachers and students is mainly a transfer vent;secondly,the conflict between teachers and students is unrealistic;thirdly,the conflict between teachers and students is mostly invisible;fourthly,the conflict with managers is on the rise.The main reasons for the conflict between teachers and students in Colleges and universities lie in the utilitarianism of school education,the impact of administrative and unreasonable teaching system on the relationship between teachers and students,which mainly affects the situation of destabilizing colleges and universities,the physical and mental health of teachers and the lack of students'self-consciousness.The path of resolving conflicts between teachers and students in Colleges and universities can be started from the following aspects:Firstly,schools should establish and improve various rules and regulations to regulate the interaction between teachers and students,such as broadening the channels of institutional dialogue between teachers and students,establishing campus defense mechanism for conflicts between teachers and students,establishing management system that meets the human needs of teachers,and strengthening the maintenance of moral rights of teachers and students.Secondly,teachers should pay attention to caring for students,constantly improve education and teaching methods,correctly evaluate students,replace selective evaluation with developmental evaluation,follow the educational concept of students as the first subject,and respect students'personality.Thirdly,students should carry forward respecting teachers and emphasizing teaching,strengthen the behavioral norms of College students,and strengthen their self-restraint on College students.
